Location: Red Moon Rd, Sage Creek Dates: Wednesday 5:15pm-6:15pm September 24 October 1, 8, 15, ***no class October 22*** Oct 29 November 5, 12, 19, 26 December 3 , 10, 17 Special Halloween Class on the last day of session October 29 Dressing up is welcome Ages: 5-9 years old Join us on a yoga journey! We will co-create an adventure while learning breathing techniques, yoga postures, partner poses and mindfulness practices. Class focus will be on themes that promote body awareness, confidence building, connecting to ourselves, others and the world around us. We create mindfulness crafts and activities throughout the 12 week session. All supplies are included in price
