Ages: Preteen 9-12 years Dates: Wednesday Time: 6:15- 7:15PM September 24 October 1, 8, 15, ***no class October 22*** Oct 29 November 5, 12, 19, 26 December 3 , 10, 17 Price includes all craft and activity materials for the entire 12 week session ***Subject to change slightly to accommodate Specking engagements (dates not yet released for conferences) 60 Minutes The yoga experience: ​ We will explore more of a traditional yoga class but will always keep it fun and not too serious! We want to deepen your practice and your connection to self. Yoga lead to popular music. We will start and finish this class with an open discussion. From highs and lows, to challenges, to celebrating in our wins and supporting each other in our losses. Each class we will explore different themes such as body positivity, how to use affirmations, gratitude, mindfulness, journalling and more. ​ *dress comfortably *no mats needed
