LIL YOGIS
Parent + Me
ages 5 and under
​Ages: 1- 5 years & Parent/Caregiver
45 minutes + 15 minutes of free movement
​
Join us for yoga story time told through movement. Children and their grown up will head on an adventure that integrates breath work, stretching, yoga poses, sensory games and end with a relaxation or mindfulness activity.
This program builds creativity, self-esteem, focus, concentration, body awareness and best of all to nourish the connection between parent & child.

FAMILY YOGA
All Ages, for all and any family members
60-90 minutes
In our busy world, family yoga provides a fun place to spend healthy, happy, quality time together! No distractions, no other duties...it's just you and your children!
In family yoga it's all about connection! Giving us a way to bridge the age gap and tools and space to communicate. Through practicing yoga together we strengthen our minds, bodies and most importantly strengthen our bonds.

RISING YOGIS
Ages 4-9
60 minutes

Join us on a yoga journey! We will co-create an adventure while learning breathing techniques, yoga poses and mindfulness practices to help with reducing anxiety and stress. Class focus will be on themes that promote self-regulation, body awareness, confidence building, and connecting to ourselves, others and the world around us.

SHINING YOGIS
Preteen Yoga
Ages: 9-12
60 Minutes

The yoga experience:
​
We will explore more of a traditional yoga class but will always keep it fun and not too serious!
We want to deepen your practice and your connection to self. Yoga lead to popular music. We will start and finish this class with an open discussion. From highs and lows, to challenges, to celebrating in our wins and supporting each other in our losses. Each class we will explore different themes such as body positivity, how to use affirmations, gratitude, mindfulness, journalling and more.
