Location: Red Moon Rd, Sage Creek Dates: Wednesday 5:15pm - 6:15pm January 14, 21, 28, February 4, 11, 18, 25 March 4, 11, 18 , 25 April 8, 15, 22 ***Subject to change slightly to accommodate Specking engagements (dates not yet released for conferences) Will be a 13 class session Ages: 5-9 years old Join us on a yoga journey! We will co-create an adventure while learning breathing techniques, yoga postures, partner poses and mindfulness practices. Class focus will be on themes that promote body awareness, confidence building, connecting to ourselves, others and the world around us.
