Welcome to Yoga Tea Time Series with Rise and Shine Kids Yoga!
When we first launched our online yoga class offerings back in March 2020, our experience was met with difficulty in holding engagement and connection. As we know it is very different teaching through a screen compared to our in person practice. Fast forward to 2021and we still are in need of online options that encourage connection, so we teamed up with Cornelia Bean Ltd and created The Yoga Tea Time Series. Our hope in creating The Yoga Tea Time Series is that we can achieve a deeper connection with our students. The idea behind it is that we can nourish self care and to create ritual and daily routines to be fully present in our lives. Brew a cup of tea together for a chat and emotional check in. Provide a weekly printout that supports our weekly theme, concepts such as gratitude, affirmations, and growth mindset. Practice Yoga together to strengthen the breath and move our bodies. Invite them into relaxation and guided mindfulness for stress relief and emotional well being.
