About the event
Yoga & Art Summer Camp include: Themed yoga, arts and crafts, mandala making, nature walks, my healthy body unit, collaborative art therapy, relaxation, outdoor play, educational games and so much more!
Healthy snacks are provided
Weekly Schedule:
Monday- Mindful Makers
We will be creating nature mandalas and mindfulness bracelets
Tuesday- Festival Feels for Minis
Yoga obstacle course, Lil Yogi MC music circles and of course no festival is complete without hair braiding and glitter dress up!
Wednesday- In The Mix Chakra Style
We will explore the chakras and create our very own Tie-Dye clothing
Thursday- Art Explosion
We are all artists! Our little hands are able to plant, create, lift, stretch, reach. Day concept inspired by the book Beautiful Hands by Kathryn Otoshi and Bret Baumgarten. A must read with your littles.
Friday- Free Spirit 🕊Giving Fri-Yay!
Activities inspired by the act of paying it forward and ways we can give back to the world around us :)
