12:30-12:45pm: Welcome Game and discussion of our Holiday Traditions
12:45-1:45pm: Yoga Practice: We will explore the holiday traditions from around the world through a Yoga Journey
1:45-2:30pm Holiday Crafting and discussion of Acts of Kindness and how we can give as a group.
