Please ensure that you read this policy before registering your child for camp. We cannot make any exceptions.
As a small camp, we rely on our camp fees to pay in advance for exact amount of supplies/services needed to run our camp. Thank you for your understanding.
SUMMER CAMP
Prior to May 1, 2019 - Refund minus $50
After May 1, 2019 - No Refunds shall be given. Cancellations after this date will be non-refundable and non-transferable)
Medical Cancellation:
If a camper is unable to attend camp due to medical reasons, a full refund, less $50 administration fee (to cover supplies and banking fees) , will be granted with a provided letter from the camper's physician.
