About the event
PD YOGA DAY CAMP
Join us on a fun-filled day of Yoga and Art! We will co-create an adventure while learning breathing techniques, yoga postures, partner poses and mindfulness practices. Class focus will be on themes that promote body awareness, confidence building, connecting to ourselves, others and the world around us.
COST: $55
Includes: Lunch, Two Healthy Snacks, Yoga and Art Materials
What our Camp Day will look like:
8:45-9 am Drop off
9:00-9:15am Welcome Circle and Intention Setting
9:15-10am Morning Yoga
MORNING SNACK
10-10:45am Free Exploration example; Sensory and Yoga Games
10:45-11:30 Lunch Prep and Cooking
11:45 Clean Up
11:45-12:15pm LUNCH
12:15-12:45pm Free Play in Yoga Room
12:45-1:45pm ART
1:45-2:45 YOGA/Relaxation Activities
AFTERNOON SNACK
2:45-3:30PM Free Play and age appropriate movie (within Theme of our day)
