Family Staycation Yoga Adventure

Hello my Yoga Families!

First of I miss you and if we havent met in person yet...WELCOME!!! I am very excited to connect with you all. I'll be sending out a link for a Family Yoga Class within the next week.

What you need to know!

We will head on a yoga adventure to somewhere hot and near the ocean. We will breathe, stretch, move, do partner poses, and end ith relaxation. Talk about where you would like to go? Talk about a past holiday, fun memeories and advantures you've had or want to try! Come to your mat ready to Yoga Play! 

- Get comfy to get bendy and I encourage you to dress up in your favourite vacation gear! Sunglasses, hats, tropical prints, whatever feels good to you!

- Class will be 30-40 mins and geared towards 4-10 year olds but all ages and abilities are welcomed 

- No mat needed but if you have one take it out!

- Props needed a comfy blanket 

- Post a Family Yoga Vacation photo to IG using the hashtag #familyyogastaycation

I understand that any activities I undertake with Rise and Shine Kids Yoga may require strenuous physical exertion that could cause injury, am fully aware of the risks involved and understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation. I hereby agree to assume full responsibility for any manner of loss, injury, claim or damage whatsoever, known or unknown, incurred as a result of same and I, my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns expressly release and forever discharge Felecia Nanassy And the Program Instructors,; and waive any claim against them, their shareholders, officers, directors, successors, heirs or assigns for any loss, injury, claim or damage sustained as a result of my attendance and/or participation.
