Location: Red Moon Rd, Sage Creek Dates: Wednesday Time: 5:15pm-6:15pm Jan. 11, 18, * no class 25 Feb 1, 8, 15, *no class 22 March 1, 8, 15, 22 April 5, 12, 19, 26 May 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 **Note there will be a week without yoga in the spring to accommodate travel for conference date TBA) Ages: 5-9 years old Join us on a yoga journey! We will co-create an adventure while learning breathing techniques, yoga postures, partner poses and mindfulness practices. Class focus will be on themes that promote body awareness, confidence building, connecting to ourselves, others and the world around us.
