Location: Red Moon Rd, Sage Creek Dates: Wednesday 5:15pm-6:15pm September 25 October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 November 6, 13, 20, 27 December 4, 11 Special Halloween Class on the last day of session October 30 Dressing up is welcome Ages: 5-9 years old Join us on a yoga journey! We will co-create an adventure while learning breathing techniques, yoga postures, partner poses and mindfulness practices. Class focus will be on themes that promote body awareness, confidence building, connecting to ourselves, others and the world around us.
