Location: Red Moon Rd, Sage Creek Dates: Wednesday Time: 4:30-5:30PM Sept 13, 20, 27 Oct 4, 11, 18 , 25 Nov. 8, 15, 22, 29 (No class Nov. 1st) Dec 6, 13 Ages: 5-9 years old Join us on a yoga journey! We will co-create an adventure while learning breathing techniques, yoga postures, partner poses and mindfulness practices. Class focus will be on themes that promote body awareness, confidence building, connecting to ourselves, others and the world around us. *dress comfortably *no mats needed
