Service Description
Dates: Tuesday Evening Time: 6-7pm May 9, 16, 23, 30 June 6, 13, 20 60 Minutes Join us on a yoga journey! We will co-create an adventure while learning breathing techniques, yoga postures, partner poses and mindfulness practices. Class focus will be on themes that promote body awareness, confidence building, connecting to ourselves, others and the world around us. Each class we will explore different themes such as body positivity, how to use affirmations, gratitude, mindfulness, journalling, crafting and more! *dress comfortably Need min of 7 participants for program to run
